Each team is scheduled four games throughout the weekend. However, if a team should drop out we will do our best to reschedule your game. If for some reason your game is unable to be rescheduled please notify the Site Director and you will be reimbursed for that game via mail.

If you have a special request (i.e. playing time, level of play, dual coaching duties, etc.) please submit your request with your application prior to the tournament deadline. There will be NO changes beyond the deadline date. We will do our best to fulfill your request. Please understand that logistics do become a factor and we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Games are scheduled according to the AAU guidelines. Start time is usually 8:00 am and the last game could begin prior to 8:00pm. We do our best to schedule teams from visiting states or those with long drives accordingly. Again, logistics does not always afford us this opportunity.

Once the schedule has been completed the tournament director will promptly notify all participants via email or fax. The tournament info will also be posted on our website.

We ask that all participants enter at the appropriate level of competition. It does not benefit your team or the opponent's team to enter any tournament below your team's level of play.
